Requirements:

• Be able to hand-code HTML without using any WYSIWYG editors (Dreamweaver, Frontpage, ImageReady, etc.)
• Experience with image creation software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Must have created at least one website using the above two requirements.
